    Welcome to Grow Regina!

    This initiative taken to enhance your gardening experience.  We have highlighted several different categories below that we thought you might appreciate.

    FEATURE highlights stories that you don’t want to miss!

    GROW REGINA IN ACTION displays the following:

    • The Community Bulletin highlights the garden related events in Regina.
    • The Dirty Little Secrets highlights gardening techniques. Keep checking back for spring planting ideas.
    • The Feature Stories highlights the stories at Grow Regina that you must read.
    • The Harvest & Storage highlights safe methods for capturing the fresh taste of foods from the garden. And there’s no better way to safely capture those flavours than learning techniques and recipes to store your fruits, vegetables & herbs.
    • The Meetings section announces all Board and Committee meetings.
    • Four Newsletters will be produced by the Communications Committee this year to keep you informed: Spring (March-May); Summer (June-August); Fall (September-November); and Winter (December-February)
    • The Photo Gallery will display a collection of Grow Regina photos from each season.
    • Prairie Fruit highlights all varieties of fruit that have been/will be planted as part of the Orchard and Evergreen Community Greening Project.
    • The Seasonal Recipes section highlights a new seasonal vegetable recipes each month.
    • Spotlight on Gardeners highlights gardeners and their experiences at YARA-GRCG.
    • What’s Happening? provides regular updates with Grow Regina announcements and stories to keep you in touch.

    ABOUT GROW REGINA section displays the following:

    • About Us section reviews the history of Grow Regina. Listing the Constitution & Bylaws, the current Grow Regina Executive & Board Members, Committees, Past Chairpersons & Board Members, Annual Reports, and Supporters.
    • YARA-GRCG Applications section includes YARA-GRCG Garden Guidelines and the online YARA-GRCG Garden Application.  This section also includes the YARA-GRCG Orchard Guidelines and YARA-GRCG Orchard Application in McLeod Park.
    • Map to YARA-GRCG provides a map to the community garden.
    • Map of YARA-GRCG provides a layout of the community garden.
    • Transit Services provides City of Regina Transit System and Paratransit Service information.
    • FAQ answers most of your obvious questions about Grow Regina and YARA-Community Garden.
