    New Garden Varieties – April 28, 2011

    Shelley Peysen, owner/operator of Freedom Gardens Greenhouse will be presenting many of the new and exciting plants for 2011.

    Freedom Gardens is located in Craven beside Wolfe’s store on the highway into Craven. Shelley also runs a greenhouse from her home in Earl Grey, where she grows a wide range of perennials and lillies. Along with her eye for color and floral arranging, Shelley’s expertise in plants is second to none.

    Hope you can join us this evening at the Neil Balkwill Center for an introduction to a wide array of annuals, perennials, shrubs and various bulbs for the upcoming growing season.

    Location: Neil Balkwill Centre- 2420 Elphinstone Street
    Date: April 28, 2011
    Time: 7:30 P.M.

    Admission: Non-members: $5.00
    Free admission for Members

    Lunch & social to follow: (Free will offering only

    The Neil Balkwill Centre can be found west on 15th Avenue (off Elphinstone St) to McTavish St.
