Garden Application Electronic Form

To submit your application on-line:

  1. Submit the form below.
  2. Calculate your fees. New gardeners pay for your preferred plot. Refunds will be paid at the AGM depending on the size of garden we were able to match you with.
  3. Pay online at growregina.finance@gmail.com. Question for transfer is,”what street is the garden is on. Answer Queen.
  4. Submit the form- mail in a cheque to Grow Regina/Box 37273/Regina,Sask /S4S 7K4 make sure the name on your cheque match the name on the form.

IMPORTANT – The name on the form must match the name on the online payment.

Applications will be accepted until March 25 2019. PLEASE NOTE that due to a large number of new gardener applications this that new gardeners may be put on a waiting list.

Rental fees include one membership. Additional memberships are $5.00 if you are sharing the plot with someone who wants to be a member please contact us through the website.

Determining your costs

  • Returning gardeners submit payment for the plot you had last year.  If you are requesting a change of size you will pay the difference or be refunded at the AGM.
  • New gardeners for you preferred size plot.
  • To contribute to the tractor fund please use the gofundme page on the website, mail a cheque to Grow Regina. We will also be collecting donations at the AGM

*A non-refundable administration fee of $15.00 will be applied to late cancellation refunds.

All 2019 Plot Assignments will be announced at the Annual General Meeting. Cash and cheques will be accepted for outstanding fees at the AGM.  All fees must be paid in full by April 30 2019.

Personal information requested will not be shared with a third party and will only be used to contact you regarding Grow Regina. Applicant must be 18 years of age.

Annual General Meeting —  Monday April 29, 2019  at  6:00 pm for plot assignment, payments and refunds. 7:00 Meeting 

     St. Mark’s Lutheran Church , 3510 Queen Street

  • We ask that every member attend the annual general meeting.
  • The plots are assigned at at this meeting as well as important information.
  • Every member is a voting member at the AGM.
  • You can arrange roto-tilling with Plowing for People who will be taking orders after the meeting.
