Your Garden Plot fee includes one membership. When more than one person is sharing a plot and wants to be a voting member add $5.00 for each additional membership.

Applicant must be a minimum 18 years of age.

Personal information requested will not be shared with a third party and will only be used to contact you regarding Grow Regina.

Submit payment for the plot you had last year on or prior to March 25 2019. If you are requesting a change of size you will pay the difference or be refunded by April 30 2019.

We will be taking payments (cheque or cash) and/or issuing refund cheques at the AGM.

The large garden plot size 20’’x 20’ will not be available to new gardeners, you can apply for this size when you renew as a returning gardener.

If you miss the deadline of March 25, 2019 to renew  your plot it will be re-assigned. If your plot is reassigned and then you decide that you still want to garden you can contact us, and if there are any leftover plots after all of the gardens have been assigned we will try to accommodate you.

We will try to find your preferred plot size but if this plot size is not available you will be offered another plot. If there are more new gardeners applying than we can accommodate this year you will be put on a waiting list for next year or if we get an unexpected open garden plot this year. You will be refunded if we can not find a plot size match.

All 2019 Plot Assignments will be announced at the Annual General Meeting. Cash and cheques will be accepted for outstanding fees at the AGM.  All fees must be paid in full by April 30 2019. 

Annual General Meeting —  Monday April 29, 2019  at  6:00 plot assignments, payments and refunds. 7:00 pm Meeting     

St. Mark’s Lutheran Church , 3510 Queen Street

  • We ask that every member attend the annual general meeting.
  • The plots are assigned at at this meeting as well as important information.
  • Every member is a voting member at the AGM.
  • You can arrange roto-tilling with Plowing for People who will be taking orders after the meeting.
