Policy:
At the conclusion of the growing season, all material and vegetation must be removed from each garden plot. Only soil must be visible in the plot after the Thanksgiving Weekend. Incorporating compost, leaves or other soil enrichment products at that time is allowed. Plants that are overwintered must be cut down to soil level.
Exception:
A gardener may request permission to leave an above ground structure beyond the growing season.
All structures must be solid, safe and secure and must not impact other gardens / gardeners.
The Grow Regina Board will assess each request on its own merit and grant permission on a case by case basis. The Board decision is final.
